Popped in to have a look at your new art. This is truly a lovely portrait and you have captured a wonderful expression on the young girls face. She seems, to me, to have the petulant face of a child who initially is delighted to be drawn and then becomes just a little bored! The attention to detail, as ever, is great, especially the braided hair. The skin tones on her face really show the beauty of black skin. However, a minor detail for me, that same lustre and beauty is not as apparent on her shoulders and arms, but does not detract from the portrait, which has been an absolute pleasure to view. Thanks as always, for sharing your art.
